The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

One day, a ’s plane broke in the desert. The pilot had to stop and fix it. While he worked, a small boy came to him. The boy wore a long and had golden hair. He said, “Please, me a sheep.”
The pilot was surprised. “A sheep? Here, in the desert?” But the boy smiled and waited. The pilot made a simple drawing. The boy looked closely and said, “No, this sheep is sick. Draw another one.” The pilot drew again. The boy shook his head. Finally, the pilot drew a box and said, “The sheep is inside the box.” The boy was happy. “This is perfect.”
The boy told the pilot about his home: a small planet with three little volcanoes and a he loved very much. The rose was beautiful but and often sad. The boy took care of the rose every day.
He talked about his travels. He had visited other planets and met funny grown-ups. One man loved money, one man loved power, and another loved to stars.
